This Privacy Policy describes how the "Ultimate Swish" Chrome extension ("the Extension", "we", "us") handles information when you use it.
The Extension does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII). We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, cookies, or any third-party tracking services.
When you click the Extension's toolbar icon, a new browser window opens
and loads a game (index.html) that is bundled entirely inside
the Extension package. All game logic, images, sounds, and scripts run
locally in that window. No gameplay data, scores, or usage statistics are
sent to us or to any external server.
The Extension requests no special browser permissions. It only uses the standard toolbar-icon click action to open its own bundled game page in a new window.
The game's in-game credits screen contains a clickable logo/text link
that, if clicked by the user, opens an external website
(julia-info.kiev.ua) in a new browser tab. This link is only
triggered by a deliberate user click on the credits screen — it is never
opened automatically. We have no control over, and take no responsibility
for, the content or privacy practices of that external website. We
recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external site you choose to
visit.
The Extension does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect information at all.
If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same location with a revised "Last updated" date.
